The room had a persistent musty smell that was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the air-conditioning was not functioning properly, blowing hot air even after multiple adjustments. The front-desk staff were unhelpful and did not ask for feedback upon my early checkout, which left me feeling overlooked and disappointed.
